Hello Sarah...... Yes, I occassionally am lucky enough to have some TAG babies.... Here are a few pics of the current three born approx. Christmas day. Yesterday I made a deal with a local pet shop owner (bird only) for him to purchase all 3 by next Monday...... However, I most likely will have more in the future. Let me know if I can help you out later with a great deal on one. I don't ship though so someone would have to be passing through to carry up for ya - unless you yourself may be in the area......Send me a pm when ready if ya like.

Joel, those are beautiful baby pictures! You are quite a bit south from me, but when the time is right perhaps you and others could at least give me tips as to how to find a good breeder, what to look for and such.
Lara, I actually grew up in Toledo and I currently live just over the border in Blissfield, MI. Small world |

OMG, I can't believe I finally have someone that's within driving distance of me. For those of you who don't know, Blissfield is only around a 25 minute drive from West Toledo.
Sorry to be so overly excited about this, but I've been a member for over a year and no one lives close to me. Well, one person does and that is north of Lansing and that's about a 2 hour drive. As far as pet stores in Toledo, I've been to none that I find fantastic. I go the Pet Supplies Plus on Talmadge. That's where I bought Rico, my 20 month old, male Umbrella Cockatoo. I go in there at least once a week and play with the large birds. They know me well in there. Hey, if you come to Toledo looking for fish let me know. I can meet you at Trilby Tropicals on Monroe Street. You can look for fish and I can try to get closer to the 22 year old U2 they have in there that is in a cage fit for cockatiels. I want to rescue that bird so bad but the woman that owns the store and the bird gets really defensive when people ask her about the bird. Anyway, next time you head to Toledo, let me know, I'll hit a couple pet stores with ya! |

Lara, I LOVE Trilby Tropicals. I will only buy fish from them or from Dave's Tropical Fish. And Charlie looks like an awesome bird in too small of a cage! He is what started my fascination with cockatoos actually (but after researching them, there is no way we have the time or space for one in the near future though). I was browsing at Trilby and was stunned by how gorgeous he is - I had never seen a cockatoo in person before. I was in the Pet Supplies Plus on Talmadge a couple weeks ago. I typically go to that one or the one in Adrian for my dog and cat food. But the one in Adrian is closer of course and I drive through Adrian on my way home from work every day. I get to Toledo about every 2 weeks. My mom lives in Sylvania, and my brother and his family do as well so there is usually a reason for me to go there frequently. I'm also glad there is someone closeby who can understand my bird love, besides my husband of course (my family thinks it's cute but a little nuts).
