Hi Faith, good to see you here, how are you doing? Did you end up getting the quaker?

Thanks for the tip Freedom as far as pushing in when he bites

Thanks Nancy for the Prep H recommendation, I have to get me some of that

Prep H here I come!
Somebody should have told me about that when they sold me a blind macaw!

She doesnt bite me anymore, but her little cousin Miss green cheeky conure bites me all the time. I will be glad to have something besides hydrocorisone and antibiotic cream! I finally resorted to using that antibiotic cream sold for your "bikini area" - it has a numbing agent in it too. But not much. Hopefully Prep H is a more serious formula!

I hate the nasty swelling - those little bites are like an infected cat scratch right off the bat.

Jaws....LOL.

Charm is making sure you are "parront" worthy :)

Maybe she isn't used to her new home yet, now that she gets her very own person and all she might not know what to do with all the attention :)

My quaker on occasion will still try and "nip" me when i am not being attentive enough!

Lori, So sweet of you to ask how I am doing, Thanks. I am slowly getting over Kiwi's tragedy day by day. I do miss her but realize I gave her lots of love the time she was here unlike soooo many other pets really deserve. I will be posting soon as to the Quaker "Pistachio" soon !
