Is this big enough?

Ok I am considering buying a new cage for my tiels and am wondering if these dimensions are big enough. Keeping in mind that I will be adding two new tiels to my flock one day soon.
The current cage dimensions are: 710mm Wide x 510mm Deep x 1650mm High
The new cage I was looking to get is: 1020mm Wide x 760mm Deep x 1800mm High.
Do you think that is big enough to accommodate up to 4 tiels with ample room to play in, or do you think I should just get another 710mm Wide x 510mm Deep x 1650mm High cage when I add to my flock?
Here is a picture of the cage I am looking at.

I"m pretty sure that's big enough for 4 tiels. But I would watch the spacing of the bars. You don't want them to get their heads out.

The new cage is about 28"w x 30"d x 70"h??? It appears as if the cage looks bigger than it really is... at least lengh and width wise, but then again it is over 5 feet tall.

I currently have my family of tiels (4 members) in a cage that is 30"L x 20"W x 43"H (762mm L x 508mm W x 1092mm H) which is smaller than the one that you are looking at, and they all do fine in it! They were previously in a much tinier cage, but they enjoy this larger one better!

So, saying that the bar spacing isn't too big, I'd say go for it! You may though want to quarantine the new tiels for a while, and having this extra cage filled with perches sitting ready for when you put all four tiels in together (once they get used to eachother) that way none can put any claims on the new cage... and it would be fine to put the new tiels in a temporary small cage...
