Hey, how is everyone?

I haven't posted for ages, but some might still recall me.



The only big bird news from me is that my Zebra finch couple had another one-chick clutch, I named him Spinach and they raised him into the healthy little finch he is now:



That's him and his sister (Sprout).

I decided to post here because I'm wondering how you all are, I updated my gallery today, and because there's something wrong with my male budgie's leg, which I'll post about here.

So, how has everybody (feathered companions included) been?

I remember you! You have some beautiful finches. We have finches at the nursing home where I work. Gouldian and Society. We are doing ok at the Page household. Flock is growing.

I'd never had any luck with breeding finches before, so was around here worrying a lot when Sprout hatched.

Turns out Zebra finches are good parents, but hard to stop! I've just about convinced them that 2 kids is enough and nesting in the food bowl isn't called for, though.
