Bird Trees/Play Stands

I love the all-natural wood "tree" play stands, but they are so expensive. I thought about plastic tall playstands, but I keep dreaming about the wooden play stands for my quaker and caique. Can anyone recommend a good wooden play tree that is inexpensive but entertaining to the birds?

I have a hanging Java gym listed on Ebay right now. This one would be too small for your birds, but take a look and see what it looks like http://cgi.ebay.com/Hanging-Java-Woo...QQcmdZViewItem
They make larger ones and you can find them at on-line pet stores.

The reason I got my hanging gym from WAynes bottlebrush is this:

(and it was only $129 and is quite large!)

Most of the playstands out there it's hard to keep your birds ON it. Main reason, they have to grip it to stay on it. it tires out their feet. The bottle brush does not. they don't have to grip it to stand on it. it's comfy for them, natural to them and the stand itself IS a chew toy! you don't need many toys for them at all.

I've spent, no, I've wasted alot of $$ on other play stands, even wooden ones, some too hard for them to chew on, and they didn't like them at all!

So, would you rather save $$ on a gym that they won't play with much, and won't stay on very long, or spend a little more for something that they love!! chew and play on and could live on 24/7 with no problems????
