we replaced 3 thermostats thanks to Sylvester. he would monkey with it, then he would get to where he could chew the wires to short it out. we finally got smart and tired of replacing thermostats,so we got one of those locking covers for the thermostat. he couldn't get to it and chew it any more, but he sure had a heck of a landing pad then!
