Nutriberries for finches?

I picked up some nutriberries for my big guys the other day- first time I have ever boughten them any. Well, its official- they are a hit.
I saw that they are also made for the softbilled birds- finches and canaries. Well, I have a small colony of finches and a female canary (2 spice finches, a society, and 2 female zebras. Hoping to add to the flock a bit more) and I was wondering if any of you canary/finch people out there have tried the nutriberries for these guys... dont want to buy them and then it be a bust.

I haven't tried them but when I was thinking of getting a canary I emailed Lafeber and the girl who answered says she feeds them to her canary and they love them. If you get the smaller size and they don't eat them your big guys could maybe use them also.
