I'm home in Philadelphia

.. and Humphrey has gone to my in-laws. When I left this morning, it was only 8Am and Humph was still asleep and covered. I decided not to wake him and say goodbye - I'd only cry. I know it's only a week but I've never left him before! Today my husband took him over to his parents and on the phone, my husband told me Humphrey was great. He flew around, landed on his playstand, chirped and played with his toys. He seems fine. On Tuesday my husband is coming here to Philly.

A good thing: I saw Corbett today! He is such a sweetheart, I forgot how much I love him. Like all parrots, he just wants to be with the flock, so he sat on his little perch on the dinner table while we all ate, giving him bits and pieces. He can be a VERY loud amazon, but that's only when he wants attention and is not getting it. He was so happy and was as quiet as a lamb. Dear bird.

I'll write back when I meet Lisa B. and her flock! Lisa, if you see this, I'll contact you soon! I'm going to bed, I'm jetlagged.

Wednesdays on TBS @ 10:00 pm. It is the censored version. If you watched it on HBO or rent it, it is quite risque. LOL Last time I rented it I felt like I should close my blinds so no one that walked by thought I was watching something pornographic. I'm sticking to TBS from now on... :D
