Dutch Foundation for the Refuge and Care of Parrots
Whilst cruising on another board I read that someone had visited a Parrot sanctuary while on vacation in Holland and how very impressed they were with it.
They did not have a link to the place so I dug a little bit and found it. This place looks very well run and if I ever get the chance to go back to Europe on a visit it would definately be worth a side trip. http://www.papegaai.org/ Top right hand corner of the site is a British flag for the english version. Maybe a place to put on your itinerary if you plan to head over that way one day.

Wow, what an amazing collection of parrots! And now I know what "Papagei Papa" means! I was meaning to ask you but I forgot.

That does look amazing. Next time I go home it'd definitely on the list of places to go. It's in the part of the country I'm from.
Papegaai means parrot and papa means dad.
