Full spectrum lighting

Dunno if anyone was having as much trouble as I seem to be locating good FS bulbs (specifically the Phillips F32T8TL950 as recommended by Joel)

Noone locally had them and only wanted to order by the case for me (a bit steep) Most online places I found them wanted $12-$15 per bulb, but I did locate one place that sells for $7.99 a bulb and just thought I would pass it along http://www.atlantalightbulbs.com

Im still a bit leery of mailorder lightbulbs, but I guess these folks ship them all the time so they know what to do.
