Does she make any other *quieter* noises or phrases that you can encourage her to do instead? Then when she does the quieter noise or phrase, pay lots of attention to her. That's the only thing I can think of to get her to be quite. You really have to ignore the sound. My Senegal will sometimes have screaming fits to get attention. I just don't look at him or acknowledge him in any way. My Meyer's has learned that talking gets more attention than screaming and this is what she does for attention.

Then again, maybe if Ollie is beeping someone will just think a big 18-wheeler is backing up in the parking lot! Nobody will know it's your bird!
Does it sound like that kind of beeping?

My grey Palmer likes to imitate the garbage truck backing up.
Not a very pleasant noise...I'm going to have to suggest that you praise her for quiet noises and ignore her for the loud ones. Palmer only does it on occasion, so we aren't to worried about disturbing the neighbours... It sure is frustrating to have talking birds sometimes! *Plugs ears with fingers*

Ollie does the microwave beep too, whenever I walk into the kitchen. That one doesn't bother me, it's not that loud.
We figured out what noise she is making....It's my bf's cell phone alarm. He recognized it just a little bit ago, then he proceeded to demonstrate by setting the alarm. As soon as it went off Ollie felt it was her duty to try to "out beep" the phone. It's more of a BEEP (p a u s e) then faster- BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP, repeat louder, repeat even louder... So when she makes kisses and clucks I do it back and talk sweet to her. As soon as she starts the beeping I ignore her. She hasn't beeped in a few hours ( knock on wood).

Now that you've found out what it is, that will help. Now, just make sure it doesn't go off around her. If she doesn't hear it again, *hopefully* she will forget about it over time.

Camille, all I can suggest is for everyone to leave the room immediately when Ollie does this. Return immediately when she has stopped making this noise, praise and treat. It shouldn't take long for her to realize her company exits if she does this, but returns when she's quiet or making a pleasant sound. This method has worked well for me to stop an unwanted behavior.
