...generally 30-45 days...however, if you're sure she's healthy (had no contact with other birds at your Mom's) and the vet says she's good to go...you could get by with 2...
Two weeks will allow her to relax and if any latent illnesses are there, they should present... ...however...if in ANY doubt...quarantine for the longer period... And a quarantine isn't any good unless you work hard to keep dishes, toys, your clothes all separate...lots of handwashing, etc...

You might want to look into a rodent cage, one that has different levels to help her climb. Maybe look into 'birdy beds', etc. When you hold her, it would be best to have her in your palm if she's having any problems. As far as the episodes, that could be a sign of brain damage or lacking of something in the diet... something that would be best to discuss with a vet...

Well thank you all , shes had to seizures since my last post, everytime it lasts about 20 seconds or so , when it dose i just take her and hold her wrapped in my hands so she dosent flap and place my fingers around her neck so she cant twist her neck like the excorsist style , it scares me alot ,
as for the cage right now shes in a parakeet (budgie) starter kitt and seem comfortable she has all the climbing skills but very unbalanced , ive placed a towel on the bottom so if she has a seizure and im not there she wont hurt herself , she also has a teddy bear to lie against for comfort, its scares me alot to see her like that , but i wont beable to get her to a vet until next month is there any off the shelf herbs or vitamins i can buy her to help stop or slow down the amount of times she gets her attacks? theres another thing when shes on me she'll perch/lie down and doze off , like someone whos very tiered, she'll look up at me then close her eyes and her head gose down , and then she suddenly gets up and tries to nip, not that she hurts but still very unpridictable ,

I'm not really sure what to say here... I know that watching a bird having a seizure is nothing pleseant and I've gone through it a couple times before... however it was normally a result from an injury that caused the seizure (which made me believe that Noel does indeed have brain damage). I don't really know what to suggest except for a good diet and maybe some probiotics???

Brain damage can't be fixed in any sort of way, but arranging her cage with shelves or even getting a hamster cage with plastic ladders and whatnot might help her climbing and getting around some. Maybe even making a bed for her out of a container or something square-ish, and putting something soft on the bottom. Just try to set the cage up the best that you can for her.
Seeing a vet though could possibly help rule out any medical problems (not physical of course), and if she does have some, getting them fixed might help the seizures...
