Water Bottle Training?

Hi Everybody!
I would like some info or suggestions on how to train my Pionus to drink from a water bottle. He takes all his food to his water and makes it so yucky, I change it several times a day but still not enough so I thought I'd try this.
If anybody has had any luck - please let me know :)

Well, dunking food in water is a natural thing- it makes food easier to chow down on :)
But what I did was just stick water bottle in the cage, play with it while the bird was watching, and make it drip, then leave it and watch. Eventually birdie would get the hang of it..
I never completely switched over to just water bottles though- birds will and do plug up the water bottle spouts, so what I personally do is leave a bowl of water, and a water bottle- that way they can dunk to their little hearts content, and with the water bottle will still have a clean resource.
