Peeps Learned A New Word!
After much long-awaited anticipation, Peeps has finally learned the word Daddy has been trying to teach her for the past few weeks..... *drum roll *
DADDY ('s)!! She says this in front of her infamous phrase, "sweet baby girl." Now it has become "Daddy's sweet baby girl" or "Daddy's sweet girl" or "Daddy's baby bird"...I could go on and on. Now Daddy is totally overjoyed!   Mom is happy of course, but not nearly as much as Daddy!

Awww how sweet!! Ollie's first word better be "momma," and not "logan" like my honey is pushin for!
Does she have a pretty expansive vocab?

I think she talks pretty well for a Meyer's. I've heard they usually don't talk much.
Here are the words she says: eat the bird baby pretty sweet sweetie Daddy sweet pea pee pee bird girl whatcha doing peep peep She mixes all of these words up and uses them in their logical order because she remembers all of the ways we say them to her. Examples: Eat the sweet baby bird Whatcha doing baby girl Sweet pea girl

Ahhh, I remember the days when dad would spend endless hours trying to get Aree to say "daddy." Never worked, she's not much of a talker. Besides, if it worked, I would be very jealous!!
