I just think that it's so great that he looks so happy and adjusted so soon. That says to me that you all will have such a wonderful future together. Wish Puff and I could visit w/ him so that Puff could understand what a well adjusted parrot looks like. He
(Puff) simply hasn't gotten the memo that he's a bird.

Awwww, what a cutie!

Gypsy's tail feathers are ratty looking too. I spray her down every day with Canopy's Molt Ease/water mix, and then smooth it down with paper towel, seems to keep her looking ok for at least THAT day! lol

So, you decided to keep the name Monty then? I personally love it. My favorite car is a Monte Carlo. After looking at your pictures close up, I see that I have the same cage for Gypsy. The bolts are right where the bird can reach them...I see Gypsy taking it apart before too long. (I'm still glad she has not figured out the latches YET) By the way, those white dishes are pretty good for plastic, they don't seem to stain like I thought they would. Is yours a dome or play top? Mine's a dome. I paid around $300 from Ebay. All in all it's a pretty good cage.

Gypsy is about the same size as Monty too, Her lower beak is still mostly white though. Glad to see another G/W here. I'm sure he will bond right to you easily. He's looks pretty comfy, all hanging upside down and stuff! lol
More pictures please?? (I soo need a camera to take some new ones, Not that I know how to post anyway)

Yeh I think we will keep his name, I really dont mind the name either
Actually there is a play gym for the top, but we have decided not to put it on for now until we get used to him, dont need him any taller than he is right now. LOL
I would love to see a picture of Gypsy,
Just working with him now to step up, I know it has only been 2 days, so I know I have to give it some time LOL
I found out that he really REALLY love peanuts LOL.............this morning my husband tried to get him to step up with a peanut in his hand...lol but no luck
I will post a picture of his tail..
