Fresh food or canned

Alright I have a question I see how every one feeds there bird green beans and corn and stuff I was wondering is it fresh picked corn and green beans or can you use the ones but in cans plz.

Ideally, you would choose either fresh or frozen. If you do choose canned, please rinse them very, very well. Canned veggies are very high in salt.

Fresh food or canned

Ditto on that!
Fresh is good especially just picked from the garden. Frozen works well in a pinch too.

Same here, I use fresh first, frozen second and about the only thing I use from cans is occassional kidney beans, well rinsed.....

Fresh all the way, I've never used canned.
Since I ty to eat a lot of veggies in my diet I just cut them up at the same time for my birds.

...I use fresh or frozen to feed direct...

...but if I make a stew or casarole, the birds also get a bit...but only a bit and only occaisionally to keep down their overall salt consumption...

Mine like frozen corn and fresh broccolini and mung beans. I tried fresh corn but the frozen type is juicier.
