Hi all,I think we should rename the board" monicaboard" no matter what type of bird I have a ? about she is there! thanks for all your help,but don't you ever sleep?? I have parakeets,tiels,finches,and one new parrotlet,who ya gonna call?? Monica!!!

What a lovely morning surprise! I do try to help out in any way that I can! And yes, I sleep! I go to sleep after all humans have gone to bed to ensure that all animals are situated for the night (meaning that dishes and food must be put up or else... among other things) which is any time between 11pm-1am normally... Depending on where I sleep depends on the amount of sleep I get, as I normally wake up between 6am-8(maybe 9)am... Once I'm up, it's food for the birds and dogs!

Last night though, our back door came open (wasn't locked-didn't check...) and when we woke up, there were only two dogs in the house... Kita and Kodi... Kita has had a habbit in the past of running away, so it was good to see her inside! Bullet has a habbit of visiting the neighbor dogs around the block or two... but when I opened the front door, there he was laying on the porch! Called him in and things were good! I wouldn't have wanted to go outside to go look for him in the freezing cold! (it snowed!) Heck, I get to go outside enough times each day to take Kita and Kodi out alone since their surgery!

I'm also very grateful that Monica is here to help with advice, she knows her birds!

Monica...doesnt matter what the few might think....(if indeed you are joking, but really not )
reality is, you do offer some wonderful advise, and help out as much as you can.....for that you are a VERY valuable member....and an asset to the board!!!!!...

That is quite true! Seriously, it's not really about me... but rather the critters I keep and care for! And because of that, there's been conflict here and there! Then again, one can't always make everyone else happy!
