My blazey (cockatiel) is useing her FOOT!!!!

OMGOSH!! YAY!!! I have NEVER heard of a cockatiel use their foot other than climbing, walking, perching, scratching, ect, but Blazey just picked up a toy (well not exactally a TOY, its acctually a piece of leather I was going to use for a toy and cut it to short so I Just gave it to her to see what she would do, she picked it up and went over to the cement perch and started playing away, she is even doing it RIGHT NOW!! I even got it on camera!! some ppl are going, so what, thats what birds do... LOL well I DONT CARE! blazey has never done it before so YAY YAY! here are the pics ENJOY, Im just SO SO SO SO SO SO happy!

He is quite smart! Tiels are not normally known for holding things in their feet, heck I know because Casey has tried copying Noel by holding food in her feet, but she was just too clumsy that she was never able to succeed! LOL But it's cute! Those are some great pics!

Another thing that's really cute that I just witnessed for the first time with one of my tiels, is Kirby, he decided to be sweet for once, and actually stuck his head under his wing being all cute and everything! AND he was asking for scritches!!!! The only downside, Kirby is still one mean BRAT and may "attack" without warning! He's a little booger! What he also did that was really cute that I haven't seen tiels do before, was that he scratched his own head with his feet, like a cockatoo or macaw would do! Just too cute for the stinkin little bugger!
