Thanks for sharing your kids with us. I especially like the koi. I have a few young ones myself. They're like scaly little puppies.

All the same, the pictures are beautiful! I especially love little Lily, lovebirds are one of my favs.

I love your pond!!! I want one so bad in my yard, but DH says that they are hard to do and they attract bugs. Your babies are beautiful!! More Pictures Please lol (I figured that if I bug you enough you will post that heavy load)

I'm guessing the net is there to keep raccoons, 'possums, and/or fish-eating birds out. I lost my whole pond full-o'-fish last autumn in one night to a maurading raccoon. I was so upset that I haven't re-populated the pond, yet. When I'm ready, though, a net is going in, as well as some motion-sensitive water-blasting sprinklers in the courtyard where the pond is, in hopes of keeping the pesky and ever-hungry raccoons away from my scaly friends.
