I think I went Crazy with the camara today!

It is 85 here and they really enjoyed their outdoor shower then time in the sun to dry off. All 7 got to go out and play today! Thank God its Springtime!

Ok maybe I went a little over board with the pic's! Sorry, but it was a great day!

Talking

Wow: clap:
Go wild with the camera any time you like! I try not to be envious of anyone, but you have made me a little envious today. Such beautiful birds, really nice perches & ladders, & an absolutely fabulous aviary.
Do you have to keep the birds in for long – during the winter? I guess they come in at night, all the time?

If our weather here (March & April - we get one day of spring followed by teasers of winter or summer, all spring ) is not as lovely, so more envy – ‘the great white north’ jokes not withstanding. May & June are better monthes.

No matter where you are spring is wonderful – I love the rich smells, the outrageous new greens & all the bird chatter/sightings. Being up North, we have a lot of bird migration so it’s a fun time.

In the winter they get out for a little while as long as the weather is over 50 degrees. Now that spring is here and summer is coming they get 4 or 5 hours a day. It is the best thing we did for the birds! we love it and I know They love it. They Macaws now say "outside" it is cute and I know what they mean. They want to go outside and play. And play is what they do. Upside down, flapping, climbing, flying, swinging and screaming. They are allowed to scream as loud as they want outside, which seems to make them quiter inside. They come back in to eat their meals in their cages. They get dry food only in the outside cage because, I don't want them dropping fruit and veggies for the ants and flies!

Your pictures are fantastic and certainly not too many. What a nice set up you have there. I wish I could have an out door aviary like that, your birds look very happy

Well those birds looked like they had a real crappy day!

If and when I die I am going to come back as one of your birds ... Ok?

Great pics and beautiful birdies (and looks like they are spoiled too). Wow I am jealous. LOL I would love to have a set up like that for my birds.
