It's far too bright in those pictures to be the Pacific NW. Been nothing but gloom around here today. Grey, rain, grey, more rain.

The netting looks to be working out (?) - protects the blinds at least .
Q: What is the yellow tape that you're using on the tubes?

Colours can be a lot richer on a wet day.....but from my stand-point you've nothing to complain about weather wise - I don't think!

the yellow tape is vet wrap and the stuff I use can be found in most pet stores (Petsmart, Petco...) in the horse section. But it really was raining all weekend.
