My quaker and my Harlequin smell good! My Harlequin always smells like fruit. My 'zon on the other hand smells musty, but that doesn't keep me from him. Of my 6, those are the only three that will let me close enough to smell thier feathers!!

Louie smells like soy sauce after his shower also
And I love that smell....Baby Budgies in the nest box smell like celery. Sami smells like, well, something like coffee beans can't quite describe it but I like it

I love the smell of budgies! I sometimes hold ours and just nuzzle them. The probably think~WTH! When I was a kid, the anise seed in their "hartz mountain box seed" was a wonderful odor....Also Macaws have a distinct odor, metallic? I remember some senegal babies had a really strong smell that was IMO a bacterial or yeast problem.
