Hello Happy Trails

.........So I assume you have been handfeeding fine up until now? How long have you yourself had the baby? How many cc's/ml's have you been getting into him/her lately? Were are you located? Can you provide pics of cage and bird?....Are you putting food and water on bottom of cage where it can be seen easily? Teacher birds do help quicken the learning process, so like Tara said, you can also do that if ya have other birds nearby? Quarantine procedures are best though for safety of others.....Once he perks up, after getting formula passing again, then I would add unsalted crackers & spray millet and mixed veggies (I use a frozen mix), a slice of corn on cob and even some scrambled egg (but toss after about an hr.).......Like Alice said, if it has been quite awhile since he ate or drank, he could already be dehydrated - so if ya can easily get that formula into him, loosen it up some (feed carefully though) and if it does not pass then it will have to be removed by someone qualified and Sub-Q injections of electrolytes administered - again by someone qualified (most likely an A.V. or the breeder (possibly) that ya got it from)....You can also ask the breeder (I assume you have the phone #) to take the bird back for awhile? Good luck & holler if we can help anymore.
