Ads...

I enjoy checking various classifieds every day, just to see what's out there, for how much it's going, etc. I haven't actually bought a bird from the classifieds, even if I had the money (such as recently, two quakers in need of new home, $100 ea...). Yes, the ads may tempt me quite often to at least just "check things out" (you know, call the person up, ask about the bird, and maybe say you'll consider it), but of course, there are other times you'd just rather take that paper, go over to the person's home, and SMACK them in the head for the type of ad they put up, or the non-existent care of that said animal... Such as this ad!

I've seen quite a few misspellings over the years! Such as conyur! I wonder though in what condition the macaw is in, what sort of cage, what's its diet, etc, especially if the macaw comes with cage and is going for $600, and the owner is willing to trade for guns... Most macaws, even blue and golds, normally go for at least $800, and ones who are well taken care of and sweet may go for as high as $1,200 with cage. I just have the feeling that it seems like somethings wrong in this picture...
