As Requested... Sweetie's picture!!

lol For those who dont know, a took in a goffin cockatoo, (again, everything of hers came to me for free.) about a month ago now.

She does live up to her name, and has the cutest little voice ever!! And all she wants to do is cuddle. If you dont scritch her, she will climb down your shoulders and go make you scritch her!!!

However, the sad news is, I dont think she fits in with my flock....The little ones, not surprisingly, hates her, and have tried to attack her, whereas she will fight back. I knew that, and was hoping her and Angel can become good friends... I dont see that happening either. Whereas Angel tolerates the little ones, even though they do bit her... and make her cry.. (yeah... whenever Angel is on their play stand ontop of their cage, and want to come to me by climbing down their cage, gummy nails him right on the nail!!! gummy and lily go mad for being locked up when there is a huge intruder inside!!) Nonetheless, I still dont let the little ones too close, and even if theyre in teh same room, I supervise them.

Anyways. Back on topic. lol Sorry for ranting. But everytime Angel sees Sweetie on me, she wants a bit out of her. Maybe because Lily was here first, then Gummy, and then Angel... so from that order, they think theyre the biggest flock member!! Anyways.

I'm still contemplating about rehoming her though.... Cause right now, with my schedule, she wants to be on me as soon as she sees me... and that's Angel's job right now... and hte little ones job is just to beat everyone up.... lol

(Sometimes when Gummy is feeling like a bully, he'll grab lily's claw with his, and wont let go while she's struggling until I yell at him... lol)

anyways... let me know what you guys think.. and if this is going to work out... if not, I can still rehome her with someone that is a good friend, and i will see her about once a week too... same with ulysses... but lemme know.

destroying an old phone.. she loves untying knots and taking off buttons off of anything with them!

yummy!

first off she's a beauty!

Cockatoos and BG's shouldn't be roomed together. The dust from toos can cause respiratory problems in BG's. But if you had air filters set and other precautions in place they could possibly share a household!

If you do rehome her i home she has a good life with her new owners.

Too bad - no pun intended.
I've been wanting a rehomed Goffin myself - but I am far away. I forgot you had a BG as well. It's sad that they're all so jealous. I guess you haven't the time for so many - tough way to find out you've maxed out.

Hope you can find a loving home for her this time - hopefully she wont have to move again. She sure must be socialized at this point!
She's such a beauty ....

That first picture is one of the sweetest ever. Good luck with whatever decision you make.
