Your 'green male', actually looks like a blue female with yellowface type 2!!! Unless she was born with those colors, then maybe she's what could be considered a "rainbow"?

The cere does look pretty white to me... much like your blue female.... check out the budgie sexing guide in the budgie and parakeet section.

Female budgies can have blue on their ceres... hmm, maybe it's just one of those mutations.... guess we shall see!

They're very pretty none the less. I used to think sexing Budgies was simple.
The yellow face with blue is my all time favourite colour scheme - but i still go mushy over the rest too.
