I'm not sure about the aspergellosis, but I have heard from a lot of owners that Jardines often pick on smaller birds. In fact, that's the reason the woman who is letting me adopt her Jardines is getting rid of hers. I would be careful.

It would be a lot safer to keep them in separate cages. I don't know if tiel dust will bother the jardines, but I know that there are species that can't handle it. If you keep the cages in the same room the birds will get some social benefit from it, but you need to know more about the dust sensitivity before you decide how far apart to keep the cages.
