favorite toys
Do your birds have a favorite toy?
My lovebird likes any toy with a bell. My grey likes anything he can chew up (and make a mess with--lol). Neither of my fids have a specific toy that is their favorite though.

My galah is not very destructive, but she does like to chew on wooden toys and wooden perches. her favourite toy though is ones with keys on them. She loves to chew on the keys. My eclectus, doesn't really have a favourite, oh wait, she loves her swing.

I think my BGs love their boings and swings the most. My little quaker likes a chain that has leather strips and little plastic beads. My Severe likes to untie knots. My Ekkie loves to untie AND tie knots. She's a very smart girl.
The greys both love their pipe bells. My zon like leather and wooden toys. My BGs also LOVE childrens electronic toys that flash and play music. They LOVE music. THE OUTLAW

Nancy, I wish I could come over and watch your birds play. Especially the big ones with their electronic music toys. So funny.
Humphrey loves bells, and he also loves his favorite new foraging toy which is a block of wood with holes drilled in it. It comes filled with treats and is refillable once your bird picks them all out. Will and I can no longer stand the song "Do You Know the Muffin Man?". It seems that they damaged an "on" button and it repeated that damn song for an entire day. That's the one problem with all of the toddler electronic toys. Pretty soon, those busy beaks just destroy them. However, I haunt flea markets and yard sales for the better ones. I have a lot of V Tech toys here. They seem to last the longest. I agree, its really funny. Once they get the music playing, they bob and dance along to the music. Its a shame they aren't better singers (LOL). They sure give it their all  THE OUTLAW

I just found this toy today and I will DEFINITELY be getting one for the fids for Christmas. Its just perfect for macaws.
