Rosebud is at the vet's office

When I came home Wednesday night I noticed that she was vomiting and drooling. Since David was working nights he was sleeping all day long and had no idea....... Chris and her vet are awesome! Dan told me what to look for and the only signs that anything was wrong was her lack of eating, and her constant drooling. I sat in the vet's office Thursday and patiently waited to be seen. I had to leave her there as the vet was double booked, and needed to run x-rays and other tests. I cried the whole whole home, just sure my last memories of Rosebud would be her in that tiny incubator!
They called me later that afternoon and let me know that she has metal in her stomach, and it hadn't happened recently. Since I suspected that Rosebud was cagebound before coming here, I know for a fact that she was probably chewing on her cage.
I am thankful that it is nothing more serious and hope that I can bring her home this weekend.
Thanks for listening

I'll say a little prayer that Rosebud makes a speedy and healthy recovery.
