Help, I need to clip my parakeet!
Can anyone explain how to clip a parakeet? I tried to let him have his flight but he has developed an attitude and is just too difficult to deal with now! I want my sweet bird back!

If you've never clipped a bird before, it's best if you have an experience avian vet, or a breeder show you how to. An improper clip can be vary dangerous, so it would be a good idea to learn some information about clipping first, if you can't find someone to help you directly.

Thanks for your reply, that is what I did. After reading some articles on clips, I decided a trip to the vet would be best. I am glad I went. She spent a lot of time with us and showed me how to do it right. Thanks again!
