Pitas Home !
YAY, my baby boy is home, and he did miss me. When I first walked in the room, he puffed up for a second, then came out and jumped to my shoulder, and nuzzled right up to me, and wouldn't stop quacking or giving kisses all the way home.
His vet did all his blood work, and it all came back normal, he said he's "awesome" he even wrote on the sheet "He looks great, nice personality" I'm so proud.....he said that I'm doing a really good job, and to keep doing what I'm doing. That makes me feel good. First thing we did when we got home was have a spray shower. He needed it. I could tell he hadn't had one, and he loved it. Here are some pics:

Awww welcome home, Pita ... you little cutie you! I'm sure Dr LaBonde and his staff took excellent care of Pita while you were gone.

Nice perch!
Nice play tree he has there! I'm tempted to just go down to the Birdbrain and pick up a big one for the fids, so that they'll have the fun tree and the regular training perches. You can only put so many toys on a two rod stand. They are great for training, but not so hot for freestyle play.
Glad Pita is home, clean and healthy and that he showed no signs of diminished affection
