New GCC (still an egg)

When I contacted my breeder about getting a turquois GCC next season she was on vacation but would get back to me soon. Today she emailed me with the best news> two pairs of GCC that can produce this mutation are on eggs! one of the fathers is also a triple split and may produce a very rare double mutation! I probably will leave the extra mutation birdy for a breeder to continue on the colors but I'm so happy to hear I should be getting a blue baby soon!

The birdy is still just an egg... but I'm so excited!

Very cool! You should be able to post photos on a daily basis once hatchday arrives in about three weeks.
