ok...shoot me now....

I've been corresponding with a woman who needs to rehome her grey. A dear friend sent me the information, knowing my heart lies with the greys. She is 8 years old, a winter plucker, and I would be her 4th home.
Its in the consideration stages, and George doesnt even know.

When we move, I am looking into bilevels or split levels(my heart wants a Victorian) for the main reason of two cages, one being a humungous kings double cage, that my amazon is in, is tooooo heavy to lift up and down stairs. The style house I metioned, the Amazon and Caique can be in the family room, and thier cages easily rolled out to be pressure washed, and cleaned.

The Bedroom to be converted to the bird room, would simply house the greys and lone teil. So having room is not a problem.

Right now I am researching her medical records, and will ask her to have the Dr Release them to me.

Good thing George is a bit older then me, because After he finds out how many people have willed thier greys to me....along with the financial security to take care of them properly...he surely better not be around**LMAO**

Z is like that, too. All he ever says is, "Where will we put them?". Of course, this is a big consideration around here because our house is so small (1400 sq. feet on 2 levels--the upper level of about 550 sq. feet being my son's bedroom), which is why we don't have another bird........ yet.

I can't wait to hear your decision about the bird. You'll keep us updated, right?
