Ebay does not have enough staff to read through even a small fraction of their auctions, instead they depend on people reporting abuse and automated text searches for key phrases to alert them. Often perfectly harmless auctions will be picked up on these key phrases and be automaticly ended. Remember it is quiet possible in case of the seller that they don't know ebays policy against live animals, they also may have just inherited a bird and know nothing about them. Either way they did post a phone number and anyone in the Dallas TX area looking to rescue from a questionable situation a bird may want to give them a call.

Its been pulled. but seller is still selling and has a E-bay store.

No it hasn't been pulled but the auction ended without any bids. I just reported it AND sent an email to the seller. I told her she had enough eBay experience to know better and that numerous people have reported the auction. I concluded by saying I hope her account is suspended.
