Talking Perfect Vet Visit!

Handsome did great on his vet visit. He had excellent muscle mass (I recently switched him over to pellets), negative (normal) cultures, and did well when he got his beak filed. No biting took place! The vet loved him! I'm so happy he's healthy! We had a cockatiel that we purchased and two weeks later she died! I was extrememely worried that Handsome caught the Samonella the tiel had. Just thought I'd share the good news!

Cute photo and I love his name. I call Dreamer Handsome all the time. He's a big BG and looks like very male. Congrats on the good checkup. Why did he need his beak filed?

His beak had a few incompleted peeling layers. The vet said it was perfectly normal and filed the excess layers away.
