Is coconut ok for birds?
Is raw/cooked coconut ok for birds? i havent heard that its not... there are toys made out of the outside of coconuts but what about the inside?? Like if i were to split a coconut and give him a piece is that ok?

Yes, There is a post with info on coconuts, try a search. We break them in half, after draining; dry in the oven; drill holes and hang in their cages. Rio seems to enjoy them the most.

Coconut is great. Fun to watch them tear them apart as well.
