Infrared heating elements

Does anyone have a reference sheet for the amount of heat put out for each wattage? I'll be darned if I can find one.

Personal experience with wattages used and details for distance from birds and circumstances would be appreciated.

I’m not sure if you’re referring to an infrared heating panel or a ceramic heating element (such as those made by Pearlco, ZooMed, etc.).
If it’s a heating panel, there’s a chart on the bottom third of this site that may help you: Infrared Heating Panels for Animal Cages
If you are talking about a ceramic heating element, I’ve never seen a chart with the information you seek. There would be big differences between one kept in a simple wire enclosed socket and one with a reflective metal cover around it. They do sell inexpensive thermostats for these heaters, though you need to come up with a way for a parrot to not destroy the sensor.
Good luck in finding the information you seek.
