For those of you that clean with vinegar/water mix...

For those of you that clean homes and or bird cages with a vinegar and water mix, how often do you or should you change the mixture in the spray bottle? Thanks

When the bottle is empty. Vinegar kills germs and doesn't turn rancid so there aren't any spoilage issues.

A vinegar/water mixture will break down over time. (I think) I'd only mix up what you are going to use in a day or two.

Plus, I had a vinegar/water mixture eat through a plastic bottle and leak all over the counter - but at least it was clean!

I use apple cidar vinegar--doesn't smell *as* bad as the regular stuff. Mix 1 part vinegar to 10 parts water. I also rinse everything after cleaning just to help ease the odor a bit more. I don't know if that's "required" though.
