went Sprout shopping.....

I just got home from whole foods where I do my bird food shopping. This time it was for sprouts. I got this list and I get as many of the items as I can find there, which is most of it minus about 3 or 4 items. The bag I ended up with after I got home and mixed it all together is huge. Over 5lbs (thats all my digi scale will read) for about $12!!! As this seems to be all three fids favorite food (its the 5:00 PM meal) I'm just tickled its so cheap this way. Although I do get some funny looks as I walk up to the check out stand with 20 little bags of seed, wheat, oats, n rice!!

I never went to Whole Foods, bad enough I just found Wagman's, i have rugrats with a chronic illness and the dieticians all recommeding it, WOW i must have shopped for 3 hours. it so beats the local ShopRites and Foodtowns, the veggies and the fruits , the birdies loved them !!

a scoop or two of each is what I got. Basically I got the list from the ingredients from China prairy and Birds love sprouts. Deleting the peanuts and suflower seeds. There is several items that I have now idea what they are and couldn't find them.
