Question Finches and parakeets in 1 cage?

Hey to all who remember me, sorry I haven't been on much. I'm fine, and apart from the loss of Parsnip, who may have been my oldest finch, my birds have been good too. Including Parsnip's 2 chicks and their dad.

I'm aware that putting finches and parakeets (budgies, to be exact) in 1 cage can be a problem because bullying can occur, especially if there are female budgies.

Currently my finches and budgies are separate, but I have 2 new cages.

Finches (4) = 1 female Mannikin finch, 1 female Zebra finch, 2 male Zebra finches
Budgies (2) = 1 female and 1 male (male's reasonably new, young, and very playful)

Smallest of the new cages =
38cm by 71cm (base), 92cm high

Larger new cage =
48cm by 47cm (base), 112cm high

Are either of these new cages large enough for all my birds?

The largest is a chipmunk cage, and preferably that'd go to my chipmunks, but I figured someone here would have good advice.

I'm not intending to get any more birds for a while, and it'd be simpler to get their fresh food to them if I didn't have to split it up between 2 cages (I'm hoping to go to uni next academic year too, and I'm sure to worry about my pets a lot even if it is all simple for my parents).

I wouldnt put them together in a large aviary let alone a small cage. Not a supporter of finches in cages either. But thats just me.

Not a good idea at all to mix the two. I do have grass parrots (a bit bigger than budgies) in with my finches and they all live happily with each other but that aviary is 4 metres wide.
