Bask and Heat vs. Avitemp heat panels.
Hi guys,
Sorry to bother you again about this subject. I am buying Bindy one of the above infrared heaters...just wonder which is preferred. The BASK N HEAT is a bulb, and the AVITEMP is a panel. I have an acrylic cage. The cage is in front of a window, and not by walls where I can attach the heat panels. The bulb would need a very large industrial type clamp light fixture. Not very attractive I might add, and that's why i'm leaning towards the heat panel. Any suggestions as to which one is better, or how to attach an avitemp panel on the acrylic cage (the mounting kit the company offers is only for non acrylic cages). Thank you so much for your ideas. Hmmmm. I think you need to contact the manufacturer to see what they'd recommend. I have a feeling that the panels may not work for you.

I don't have any advise on the two products you are inquiring about but I use a small space heater in the room Gillian is in because it get cold here in the winter with out it.
I use a Honeywell, they do not use any Teflon in their heaters, I contacted them and asked.
