Goood morning everybody...

After almost a week of depression

and physical problems and pain

..

I wake up to a wonderful sunny and chilly (38 degree) morning... only minor twinges of pain (this is normal for me)

.... and sunshine in my heart

The past week has seen some changes with the tiels... and some interesting moments

Freyja clip has been growing in.... she can now FLY..... I was letting her feathers grow in with this goal (flight = excersize/health) .... but it has had an unexpected result

.... the Feather Magnet will now fly to Moma to attatch herself

... if I get more than 2 or 3 feet away from her when she is out....

Freyja also has a marble sized "bump" on her swollen butt... with egg possibly?.... has been showing nesting behavior.. example - trying to make nest? out of shredable cage materials and molted feathers in bottom corner of cage...

..... I have added an extra cuttlebone to cage and have been feeding her more green veggies.... keepin a close eye on her....

Tweety got to see/meet the friend who gave him to me yesterday.... interesting.... friend was supprised at how Tweety looked (condition of feathers and health) and acted..... Tweety was lovin and demanded skritches from Moma.... speakin softly to me

... friend NEVER saw Tweety act this was... Tweety would bite both him and his ex till he drew blood

..... Tweety even stepped up for friend (from me) and dropped head so friend could give him skritches....

friend was floored.... told me that he never would have believed this is the same bird he gave me back in May.... said Tweety has found his perfect dream home and person

Got our the kitchen sink from fridge to feed fids.... friend looked at this... I could eat that stuff and you feed this to the BIRDS?..... bf informed his , yes she feeds that to the birds... has too much peppers in it for human

... she cooks for the fids ALL the time ... she even bakes this stuff she calls birdy bread in mini muffins for them

... they eat on more a of a regular basis than I do

... my response... would like to see fids come in kitchen to fix sandwich like you can

..... the guys quickly vacated house

... to outside firepit...
wonder if it was something I said

The oil radiator (with thermostat) works reeeal well in fid room... have been using for last two nights... got a temp/humidity gage in room... temp try to keep around 65-70... humidity has been stayin around 45 - 70%... due to plants in birdroom... hope this will make the tiels comfortable this fall/winter..

Jazz music is working well with the tiels... they do alot of r & b dancin lately...

Think I'm about caught up on happenings here....
