Hide this from Calvins Mom, or she may have to get one! Id like to hear the ticket on that. I thought my greenie boy was bright, but that blue is awesome. Earlier this year, Bird Paradise got in a female Ekkie that was orange and it sold immediately. Calvins Mom thought it might molt out and turn red again but I never heard if it did. Do you have any idea how they got the blue? What State are you in?

I imagine that bird will be valued in the double digits. He's amazing.

Whoa -- that is one amazing color!

Don't get me wrong: I think that ekkies are gorgeous enough on their own! But that lovely powder blue or the orange like Leigh mentioned? They must be STUNNING up close!
