It's a BOY !!
Just got back from the vet with Pita Baby, and he is a he. I knew it all along
 About his blood feather. The vet looked at it real close and said that he didn't feel it needed to be pulled, because it split down the shaft, instead of broke around the shaft, and he felt pulling it would damage the feather folical. He showed me what to do if it happens I do need to pull one, but said I did everything right, and stopped the bleeding. Also, because Pita doesn't have that many tail feathers (he thrashed them at the pet store, and its been a slow go growing them back) his balance isn't the best, so we need to try to save every tail feather...lol I knew my bird was loopy. Again he was the best boy, and the vet said he was the nicest Sun Conure he has seen.  I have some new pics that I am going to upload and post soon.

 guess it's gonna be a guys meeting instead then  but i'm sure bonita'll be happy  just watch the blood feather - i also PMd you something that i found helpful. did you end up getting those books?

Thanx guys....yes those blood feathers are scary!

He's cute!! But jeez, like I said about Greybirds fids, your bird looks bored, and doesnt have enough toys
 just kiddong! Gosh, in my next life, I wanna come back as bird who lives with a Birdboard member He's really cute and looks so well cared for!!
