PLEASE CROSS POST WIDELY...ASAP....SUPPORT S. 3880/H. 4239

Dear Friends,

The Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act is coming to the House floor Monday for a vote. We are for this bill and it would be a major victory to get it passed. Please go to capwiz at http://capwiz.com/naiatrust/home/ and click on H 4239 and follow instructions to write your representative now to support this bill. (H. 4239 and S. 3880 are the same bill.) This bill will help protect all of us who work with birds and animals.

All the animal rights radicals are writing against it making outlandish claims about it prohibiting free speech. In fact the text of the amended bill states clearly that nothing in the bill shall be construed as overriding first amendment protections. Activists also claim it's against boycotts, but the language of the bill specifically cites boycotts and not being affected by the language of the bill. Read the actual bill passed by the senate below and write your representative now!
