It's one of the Warblers, I'm just not exactly sure which Warbler it is.

Ringneckmom, Poi_Lover & veryorignal :
It's definitely NOT a Goldfinch - the mystery bird's head is more elongated, as well as the beak being too long & pointy for it to be a AGF.
No offense taken - was just making a guess.

I would vote for a warbler of some sort as well. Not to be mean, but you should encourage him to go back outside as soon as you can. He might be on a migratory route and should be on his way soon. If he is flying strongly now and is stocked up on food and water, he should move one. It is amazing that he let you handle him, but sometimes when birds are very tired, hungry and thirsty, they will accept a little help wherever they might be able to find it. Buster certainly allowed our friend Dave to pick her up and bring her in when he found her on the sidewalk, but once she had some food, water and a little rest she put up quite a fight against any more human "caring" at least for the first month or so.

Mystery Solved!

After much research I know it is for sure a Black-throated Green Warbler ,

The pics on this site match perfectly

http://www.giffbeaton.com/warblers.htm

I did a search on google, and found out it is a migratory bird,
I hope I can get him on his way, but he is still Here!

I knew I missed at least one....
If I'd had a straight on shot, I might've been able to ID it better as a Black-Throated Green.
