They were there, it seemed like I needed to take a picture. So I did......... After being told that the reason Sophie doesn't talk MAY be because she spends all her time with us in the living room so she has no reason to learn, we started putting Zoey and Sophie in the bedroom earlier. Well this lasted for oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...........one night. I don't care if she talks!! Tomorrow night its back to normal!! I want my birdies out here with us!!

Hahaha...I hear ya! We keep our out too. All 4, watching TV with us, talking on BB..whatever. Nighty night is always a big deal!

I'm curious about what you mean by this, because Yubi also doesn't talk and he LIVES in our living room.

Not that I can move him out of the center of activities without all hell breaking loose!

The breeder I got Sophie from said usually they talk as a means of getting our attention and when they have our undivided attention they don't need to talk. After reading threads of TEC as well, it seems a lot of birds only talk from the other room or when under cover at bed time????
