I am confident if the lovies are cheating that they will be caught and disqualified. They can tell when they audit if someone has been cheating.

Maxi update

Max was hysterical yesterday. Through the week we have had so many birds going out and so much going on Max has not had a lot of time with me. Plus when other people are in the room I have them hold and love Max so Max can bond with everyone and not just me.

Yesterday was crazy and we took in four adult wild quakers. The room was in an uproar all afternoon. When I finally got the quakers settled I went to Max's cage where she was sitting on top and called her. She got so excited she ran to me flapping her wings wildly. Well she ran right off the end of the cage and ended up in the middle of the room! Then she turned around, ran to my feet , looked up and started tweeting. She is showing so much life now! She acts like the normal happy parrot. What a blessing! We are getting to the point where she is almost ready for a home. No more sores, the sores I found a few weeks ago have healed with no meds, no signs of plucking. She is almost there. God my heart is going to break in two when I have to see her go! I don't think we will lack a home for her either. Everyone who comes in falls in love with Maxi.
