Birdie Birth Certificates

I would like to make birth certificates for my baby birds with their picture on it after they are feathered. Does anyone have any idea of a website or something that can be used as a pattern?

i don't know of any specific pattern, but if you have publisher, they have some templates for certificates. If you couldn't find one there, you can always use your own for a pattern. Office Depot sells certificate paper as well.

Re: Birdie Birth Certificates

Thanks, I am getting leg bands for the birds. I was wanting to make a information birth certificate to put in a packet for the new owners. A commemorative type thing, not for bird identification purposes. I bought fancy paper today and my daughter showed me on the computer a certificate maker.

You could also try googling 'birth certificate templates' & edit them as you need.

Re: Birdie Birth Certificates

Hi Becky,

I've been looking around and can't seem to find anything for hatch certificates. Have you been able to find anything?

Yes I made one on a certificate program on my computer. I will try to post what it looks like in a few days.

Re: Birdie Birth Certificates

You can go to Dr. Foster and Smith web site, search under breeder supplies and they sell Hatch Certificates. I have been using those for a few years. Hope this helps, Wanda
