vest for feather picking macaws

good morning, i do have a question, does any one know of a vest type thing that you can get to put on a macaw that is a feather picker.i was thinking that something like that would help her stay warm during the winter.but it would have to be something that was made out of material that she wouldnt rip off right away...does anyone have an idea about this or know where i could get something like that.....i cant help her with not picking.the vet has already said there will never be any feathers ever come back.but thought i could at least keep her warm in the winter

I remember seeing this advertised on Ebay, but when I went back it wasn't listed any longer.
I did a Google search and did find it again. I believe it's the same person that listed it on Ebay.
